What: A transportation vehicle for the Stanford Band. Designed to carry instruments, lead the band on night excursions, and play music.
Why: For fun!
When: Fall 2016
How: A group of engineers in band took an old golf cart, replaced the battery system, welded a larger frame onto it, added speakers and LED lights, covered that frame in plywood, and painted it.
My role: I helped with the electronics of this project, soldering the LEDs both for visual effect and for turn signals, and setting up the power for the speakers.
